I’m Dr. Julie Moore, a nurse executive, healthcare leader, speaker, and author who believes the future of healthcare doesn’t depend on asking people to work harder—it depends on helping them rediscover why they chose this work in the first place.

For more than two decades, I’ve served at every level of nursing, from the bedside to the boardroom. Along the way, I’ve led hospitals through transformational change, built award-winning cultures, improved quality outcomes, and helped organizations create environments where both patients and caregivers can thrive.

But the achievement I’m most proud of isn’t a metric or an accreditation.

It’s hearing someone say, “You made me believe in myself again.”

Because leadership isn’t measured by the titles we hold.

It’s measured by the lives we elevate.

That belief became the foundation for Jubilation in Healthcare—a movement centered on creating workplaces where people feel seen, valued, inspired, and connected to purpose. When caregivers experience joy, trust, and belonging, extraordinary things happen. Teams become stronger. Patients receive better care. Quality improves. Retention grows. Healthcare becomes more human—for everyone.

As a Chief Nursing Officer, executive coach, and speaker, my mission is simple:

To help leaders create cultures where people don’t just stay—they flourish.

Through speaking, coaching, writing, and organizational consulting, I partner with healthcare leaders who are ready to move beyond surviving the challenges of healthcare and begin building cultures people are proud to be part of.
